Home Decor & Gift Items Process

The Process for these items is fairly simple.

You decide on the design you would like etched, and what you would like it etched on.

When you contact me with your inquiry, I will try to match up a stock or easily accessible item to what you would like, or you can provide the item by shipping it to me.

If you provide the item, once it is recieved I will take photos to show the condition of the item as recieved.

Initial payment is expected prior to beginning any work.

Once initial payment is recieved and the design is approved by you, the etching process begins with transferring the design to the item. The etching process is reasonably quick for most items of this type, typically 1 to 2 days. (multiple items can take longer)

Please note - once the etching process begins, only very minor changes can be made to the design! Please be sure that the design is what you want before the process begins!

When your item is completed, photos will again be taken and sent to you. Final payment is due at this time.

Once final payment is recieved, your item will be carefully packaged and shipped to you.
